    Canon c5185 Error Message E000674-0020 Help Please

    Hi, our Canon c5185 gives me the error message E00674-0020 and i cant figure out what it is, can anyone please help me?

      Check the FAX board and main controller PCB connections

      REMOVE BACK COVER MACHINE/ check fax connectors/and cable
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
