3200 image fault

hi, i have a trouble with my 3200. the copy is fault, as you can see in pictrure. I 've done the copy with feeder opened to see black image but its not.. its missing collors. i've change tranfer belt, is ok, transfer roller and keep the problem, even main DC power behind machine. (black). Nothing changed. some ideia?

make sure your ITB is Camed up / + remove right side cover to expose ITB belt/ check image before transfer

I'm with teckat. A PG type 10 will help.
