I use the sst 3.21 V and the system version is 60.03. 120mo is the capacity of the system so I want to know if my system is complet or no.

Make sure u have only ver of SST on Laptop !!!!!!!!!!!

that firmware v60.03a came with the SST v4.22Et included in the folder- Canon File Folder\SST System Software Folder\SST Files\-open your model folder u will see it there

before u install new SST v4.22Et/ uninstall old version/ then install new SST

then try to update firmware w/overwrite if or when prompted

            The imageRUNNER 2220N / 2220i / 3320N / 3320i:
They have an internal 10 GB hard drive that is shared for copy/print/fax functions. The hard drive can hold approximately 3,700originals for copying and printing functionality.

Install a supported Hard Disk/ or check if HD Format file is registered in SST under your model

                  Do not use>service mode> copier> function> system> download.

Instead of accessing download mode from the Control Panel service mode screen,
Do this>hold down "2" and "8" while powering on machine.
From this download mode the System Software should be able to flash without check sum errors.

The Boot for 2220i is listed under the 2220N/ when u select Connect under iR2220/2820/3320
The Boot is the same for this series imageRUNNER 3320N/2220N/3320i/2220i

if u don't see 2220N on there - your Firmware is not Registered correctly/ u need to Remove it and re-install it

Thank you I see on sst when I select the model IR2220:
                        IR2220
                        +G3FAX
                        +Hdformat
                        +Language
                        +Meapcont
                        +Rui
                        +System
                        IR2220N
                        +Boot
I think firmware is registered correctly.
If there is no IR2220N +Boot can it work?

if u select iR 2220N + BOOT and do not see a version number listed / u don't have your firmware registered correctly

what exactly are you trying to do with this HDD and Firmware and Printer
what is the issue - ERROR CODES/UPDATES ????/
