Not to mention that you can't possibly email a file that is several gigabytes in size...

You need to have a Canon Authorized Service Company Order the CD's for You- That Firmware is too difficult and too large to expand and separate in to separate files / and then have someone arrange them back in a correct order to burn to a CD.

By the way, this site is not a Gift Shop

Plus the boatload of patches you need in order to make this beast run reliably.

Thanks to Teckat for reminding me that I wasn't in a Gift Shop.

Actually all I need is the server portion of the Fiery. Fiery O/S XP (imbeded) loads fine but EFI communication with Apache (freeware) services is not working. One of the folders got trashed.
It could be a simple file issue which I am still researching. If I must, I will order the CDs.
            Thanks guys.

Customer is at fault & responsible for all Software CD's,

In my company Customer pays for a service call on Fiery if they have lost software/ contract or not, time is money

It sounds like you're an authorized dealer - I would just go ahead and order the disks from Canon if they're nowhere to be found.

You'll save yourself a bunch of time in doing so.

I know that any time I've tried to fix a ColorPASS's software, I've ended up doing a complete re-image.

Like Teckat said, the customer is responsible for the disks, that is if they got them on the install.
