ir 3300 z bends at registration

    ir 3300 z bends at registration

    this machine intermitantly z bends the paper and jams at registration. the feed section has been replaced and so has the dc controller. has anyone seen this before? there doesnt appear to be any marks on the paper from hitting something out of place. please help. thanx

        Wild guess because no codes. Vertical pass rollers. Worn,dirty, or needs the mod for that style of feed. It is a guide with leaf springs for pressure. There are other parts in the TP, but that main pt.

          He said he replace the feed unit, which there is NPN for it.
          So, I assume he swapped it. He also said it z fold and jam at the registration area which is a little bit further up from the pick up assy.

          But good call.

                            Try a DC-CON clear,renter values on the door.Also check for the updated powersupply.
