MANY TINGS CAN CAUSE A DELAY TO DELIVERY/ also check the flag that paper hits on exit

That is a delay Jam = 0137 to Buffer pass delivery sensor PS3 (in Buffer Unit)

            PS3= FH7-7250-000 SENSOR
            FB5-8949-000
            1 FLAG, DELIVERY SENSOR

make sure your buffer door magnet is holding door snug to keep switch closed/
your Orange buffer rollers could be slick & dirty

question ?? do u have a Sorter / or Finisher connected on CLC

I have had this problem and it was the one-way clutch in the gear driving the first shaft into the buffer unit. It was slipping some causing the paper to slow down thru this area.

we would always remove the tension from the buffer rollers as they would always cause jams and were a pain to work on.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

I agree, also we remove those white cams F/R under buffer roller plates / both not needed

Hello, i have a clc-4000 with the jam code 2-0137-8. The machine on the past have a sorter connected, and all its ok, when was removed the sorter begin to present the jam code 2-0137-8 intermittently. I am check and change the ps3 sensor on the buffer pass.
                    Thansk.

u can not run the clc4000 with just the buffer pass connected

                      put back the Sorter

                      0137. This is a delay jam--2-0137-8
from manual feed>to Buffer pass delivery sensor PS3 (in Buffer Unit)>location Sorter

                      better check this also>>>>>>>>>

Due to a lack of lubrication and wear, the spring loaded drive coupling on the rear of the Fixing Unit becomes disconnected from the Fixing Roller Drive Collar. This allows the loss of the Fixing Roller drive and intermittent rotation . This happens so quickly that it is not noticed because it is only a momentary loss of drive. The result is an intermittent 0135 / 0137 jams.
Replace the Coupling (part number FB3-3768-000--remember to lubricate it.

check this also>>the rubber paper feed belts >they stretch ,underside becomes slick & slow down slightly causing the delay jam at the buffer pass.

tech tip>>> i used to remove both white pressure cams in buffer unit for those de-curling rollers
