    Canon ir2020 jams

    Hello,
    can somebody help me out,
    i have a customer with the above model of photocopier, it make a grinding noise and says paper jam when trying to feed. I am only new to photocopiers and mainly fix kyocera printers. Is there a common fault with this model??

          if u mean the DF/ Use common tech skills/ first remove DF covers to investigate / then u can see what is happening
