[Error Code] Canon CLC 5000 E20-0387

Canon CLC 5000 I'm getting an E20-0387 error after changing all 4 starters. I swaped the yellow drum, developer housing and SALT sensor, no change. SGNL-S, SGNL-D, SIGG-S are all low, REF-S, SGNL, REF-C and SIGG-C are normal.
    Any Ideas?

when i had this I would clear RAM/ but before I did made sure I had the original print out w/settings -re-enter all door specs
    re-input settings/ do a stir & just init yellow/wclr yellow

    Yellow issue

    Back-up data (DC controller
    PCB; error)
Be sure to execute RAM clear,
and enter the value recorded on
    the service
    label.
    (Or, initial settings may be
    missing.)

During copying sequence, the value of
the following is 0 because of an error in
    the memory back-up data: SIGG-S-C,
    SIGG-S-M, SIGG-S-Y, SIGG-S-K.

When you did your developer dump did you pull the process unit out and clean up in the drum cavity?
I would always unplug the machine and wipe off the LED array with a little bit of water and then dry wipe. Stray toner would alwayd collect up there after time. Also you may want to blow out your sensors that read your drum voltage. Do this with the machine off and unplugged as well and do not use a vaccum on them. When finished run a DPC offset for all 4 drums then a full DPC adjust to setup your drum voltage then re-init your colors.

It is also possible you got your hands some old starter and it needs to mix more. I would do another stir before the init..
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

I went in and did the ram-clear and entered info. found SALT sensor was bad, the yellow was still swapped with magenta and the problem changed to it. replaced and now working. How do you run a DCP offset and a full DCP adjust?
