    [Error Code] e06-0002 on IR5000

Guys help me on this please! This machine if used works fine, if left idle on standby for longer than 30min, next you time want to use, it will the error 000061-00002 after pick the paper. From there on, it will keep on flashing the the same error at any copy attempt. If left off for more than a day, the error resets and the cycle will repeat when left idle again.
I have tried change the Potential PCB, Laser unit, DC Controller, the AP assembly and the Primary corona but no improvement at all.
    So please save my day!

    from old Pub.
Unit will error E061>when customer tries to 'wake' unit out of overnight sleep mode. After the imageRUNNER was turned off/on, it worked fine until the next morning. If the unit was turned off overnight, it would warm up correctly. The bearings of the laser unit were causing it not to speed up correctly, causing the error message.

    Laser unit was replaced.

    or>
Disable potential control by going into service mode Copier > Option > Tempo > F-POT-SW. Now copies can be run.
    1) A solid black copy means laser is defective.
    2) A white copy means you should check the Primary corona and HVT.
    3) A good copy means you should check the Potential sensor PCB.

        check the shutter cover
There is a potential control error/there is an APC error.
0001 As a result of potential control, the drum surface potential (VL2) of the
background is 200 V or higher (i.e., causing a solid black image).

          Check this out.
E061-0001 generated when copy power is switched ON, caused by malfunction of the manual-feed door open detection sensor (MSW2).

Open and closed status of the manual feed tray assembly is detected by the manual feed tray open/ close sensor (PS33) and the manual feed door open/ close detection sensor.

The manual feed tray open/ close sensor (PS33) detects that the manual feed tray is closed and, due to a malfunction of the manual feed door open/ close detection switch (MSW2), or a broken wire, there is no 24V output from the inrush current protection PCB to the HVT PCB, so there is no primary charging voltage output and if a malfunction occurs in the manual feed door open/ close detection switch (MSW2), error E061-0001 is generated.

Check the manual feed door open/ close detection switch (MSW2) and the mounts and cables around the switch. If the switch is malfunctioning, replace it.

A solid black copy Laser is defective.
A white copy check the HVT, Primary Corona.
If you get a copy, check the Potential Sensor.
