    [Misc] wide format w8400 add ink cart

    hi ,ive had a call from one of my customers with a w8400.he replaced the cyan ink cart and it didnt recognise it, so he put the old one back in and has the same message.i look after his copiers but dont know alot about the wide format.any help would handy

      are u sure it does not say replace Photo Cyan ink tank / u said Cyan ink tank

      When the ink tank has been replaced, press
      the center of the right back cover until it locks
      into place, and then close the right back
      cover.

      If the right back cover cannot be completely closed,
      one of the ink tank covers may not be completely
      closed. Check that all the ink tank covers were
      completely closed
