    Canon 3025 send problems

We have a Canon 3025 on a workgroup. The Send used to work to go to each computer after selecting it on the copier. Now when we send we get "No Response". There is no firewall up. It is connected to a Westell router modem and each computer can print to it. The folder on each computer that it should send to is shared. I am out of ideas. TIA for any help.

when u hit SEND TAB, that message "No Response" show on screen ?

or it just does not function when pressed ?

how are the other Tabs functioning

U can try a MMI CLR
but before u do print out a User Data list for network and comm settings , CHECK & write down your IMG-CONT SETTING/and do an MMI>clear in service mode./ turn off/on Printer check settings from user data/ re input if needed

        Afterward

Was anything change within the network properties? (User name , password)

Are you able to see your workgroup when you browse out from the machine.

What kind of computers are you running?

Check the Shared folder (Sharing and Security tabs) and make sure it is configured properly.
Make sure the User Limit is set to Maximum Allowed or at the least more than 1 user.
