Web page login help needed

Hi,

I have a customer that says they can no longer log in to 2 [1023 and 3200] of their 3 machines [IR4570 is ok] web pages to get monthly user code activity counters. Admin and their password no longer works. Any thoughts?

been out of the canon area for a long time, but by the sounds of it, someone has tried to log in and has stuffed up the log in to many times and the m/c's have locked them out, or some rocket scientist in IT has changed it. (have copped this more times than i would care to imagine). i apologise that i cant tell you how to get around it if this is the issue, but this is my thought. have had this happen to me on the xerox m/c's. this is what happens on them. canon possibly the same?

I cleared PWD and put it back in on the IR C3200 and got the customer into the R UI. Now to figure out the IR1023iF.
Any thoughts?

I got the IR 1023 to work also, now if I knew how I did it. FM!!!!!!!!!
