      Yes it is. Download the windows 7 - 32 or 64 bit pcl5 drivers from the canonusa site.

              In addition to the print drivers you may need to download networkscangear if you will be setting it up to scan. Screwtapes 1st link listed sends you to the complete list of downloads.
