cut the wire ties to CL5 (Pre-Registration Clutch)
010B Jam Code and increased edge
cassettes 3 & 4
set in Service Mode > Copier > Option > Cst U1-NAME to 0.
52T gear is found on the upper fusing roller>>
Check the key-way on the upper fuser roller drive gear it can become broken. This Causes the gear to slip on the upper fuser roller generating a jam code 010B. Gear part number is FS7-0007-000
Inspect the Upper Fuser Roller and Bearings for wear.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

I see you don't have documentation....to run the CL-ADJ must have LTR/A4 paper in left deck and also LTR/A4 in cassette 4(unless you have a paper deck set to LTR/A4). That is probably why it is failing(NG). It should feed 2 pieces of paper from left deck and 1 from cassette 4(or deck). This won't necessarily fix your problem, but if you are swapping transports this must be done. 01-0B is delay jam at internal delivery...this could be caused by broken tab on inside of upper fuser roll gear, worn int. delivery sensor actuator(usually around 4 million),bad transport fan, slipping on inside of transport belts, toner caked fuser inlet guide, fixing motor drive gear(4 million),poor separation at drum,....for starters. Does whole unit include fuser assembly? Also make sure that the plastic housing for the reg clutch is not broken where the clutch anchors to it...usually the reg will wander a bit with it broke. Like teckat said eliminate causesComment

I put A4 paper in Cassette 4 and then i run CL-ADJ, pass...but if used A4R paper will jam at finisher... (1126) area
Then i use the same method to test my other IR105 that working fine...A4 just pass, but A4r same paper will jam at finisher 1125 area...
So, this mean one of the clutch or something wrong in paper transport area?Last edited by addoncopier; 10-31-2010, 04:57 PM.Comment

iR105 paper jams & E594 etc. You said that the unit is old. I'm thinking of dust and worn out rollers.
Finisherisengage the finisher, bring it outside and blow the dust using a powerful blower. Inspect the mechanism. Put oil in some points that needed to be.
iR105:Now for the paper jams 0105 and 0214, replace the rollers especially the yellow ones. Those rollers are easily wornout. Check/clean the registration roller, replace if necessary. Check the pre-registration clutch, replace if necessary.
The bearing of lower fuser roller are easily wornout. Check the shafting of the lower fuser roller if it fits snugly to the bearing. Have that shafting refaced if necessary. Examine the 52T gear of the upper fuser roller, replace if necessary. Good luck.Comment

0105, 0214 problem solve, just the connector problem...One of the pin not straight...the problem right now is machine can run, but image or text more toward one edge...try to adjust the setting in DC-Con for the "Feed ADJ>Regis> , i key in -100 already maximum, it does'not help much..so i replace new clutch for CL9...nothing change...I replaced new CL5 more worse, 010B paper jam occur, If i put back the old clutch CL5...machine just run like a horse...it just text and image toward one edge...So, i m going to check the whole pick-up assembly...Comment
