iR1024 U-Send Function missing

Good day. Any advise on this matter? It disappeared after power failure. I tried re-installed back system firmware but still fail. Is any setting need perform on svc mode?

I had this issue when i went to update the firmware
After i updated it, the send functions had disappeared
After down grading it back to the same level, back came the functions

Try using a level the same of what you had, or older

Document Send Capabilities Were Lost, After Flashing the Machine



Check and Verify that the PCL Version is Registered on the SST and the PCL MUST be Installed on Machine to Enable Send Feature.
