System for Imagepass M3 and Imagerunner 105

Hi for all!! I'm new on this forum, and i have a problem... A few weeks i purchase a IR105 and a Imagepass M3, i think the system is corrupted because the works sent to her not print and after few hours he reset and i dont have the cd to reinstall, my vendor dont had too... There some place to download?? a link?? Thanks for all your attention (My english is too bad!!)

where / whom did you buy this printer from ?
what was re-set ?
any messages or error codes/jam codes ?
check all cable connections !
