I have a C1 that had intermittent 010D jams on LTR paper. Replacing the upper fuser roller and lower fixing belt fixed it.

Check the Mount Separation Drive Assembly: FM2-7983-000, this drives the lower fixing belt assembly.
Before removing the mount assembly be sure to scribe the two mounting brackets.

Had success playing around with Level 2 settings below
after replacing all that other crap

          can't exactly remember some settings/
          in Level 2> COPIER>ADJUST>FEED-ADJ

REG-SPD Make a fine adjustment of the registration motor speed at constant speed.
Change the registration speed at constant speed in the range of + or - 10 scales
          against the default value.
          Setting range 2
          -10 to 10
          Standard value
          0

REG-SPD2 Make a fine adjustment of the registration motor speed at 1/3 speed.
Change the registration speed at 1/3 speed in the range of + or - 10 scales against
          the default value.
          Setting range 2
          -10 to 10
          Standard value
          0

**just to add on /if u have a Counter installed/ or Equitrc - set in
          OPTION/ACC >CC-SPSW to 1 also in Level 2

U probably already know that !!

I hope you realize that the post is from 2010 and probably nobody has C1 anymore.
