[Misc] CLC3900 Wait While Adusting - Message

The CLC3900 I am working on displays a message "wait while adjusting" between every copy (when making multiple copies) and only prints about 10-12 copies a minute due to this adjusting delay between copies. I could not find any reference to this message in service manual. It's supposed to copy/print 39ppm color or B/W. Can any one direct me what it is adjusting and where I should focus to repair/replace parts, if any. Drums are in great shape and just replaced the starter/developers. Thanks in advance.

check that micro-switch arm- SW9 /on rear side of copier in side of the back cover/ I usually tape it in a closed position/
it is supposed to stay in a close position when back cover is in place

Fuse Board PCB voltages may be the problem/ check for blown fuse

Reseated connections on the Image Processor PCB.
