0111 show that it is '01xx delay jam' and 'xx11 image leading edge sensor (PS12)'. Could be a bad paper feed roller, paper in cassette not set right, could be a bad sensor. Just a few things to look at.

Check PS12. PO25-bit 7. In dc-con I/O. 1 is paper present,0 no paper. This is the sensor to right of transfer roller. If good, check its spring,if on add a wrap. This is found in the service mode. *28* service mode. Also listed is M9 registration motor, transfer roller not in contact with drum, and DCC.
Yes, I am here to fix your machine. No, your machine went out of warranty 18 years ago.

Check your tray setting first. Check your transfer roller. Here is something else to look at.

JAM CODE 0111: due to malfunction of the document top sensor flag in the paper feeder ass'y

          Description
The spring pressure of the Torsion Spring (FB5-4802-000) is so low that the document top sensor flag does not return to its home position, leading to 0111 jam.

          Cause
In the past, some of the Torsion Spring had a low pressure and were unable to reset the document top sensor flag to its home position even after the paper passed through it.

The document top sensor does not detect a stationary jam. So, if the flag is not returned to its home position, the sensor is unable to detect the next paper coming, resulting in a delay jam 0111.

          Items to Check
If 0111 jam frequently occurs, detach the paper feeder ass'y to inspect the movement of the document top sensor flag.

          Field Remedy
Replace the Torsion Spring with a new one (FB5-4802-000).

Extra spring wrap will fix it...fixing feeding sensor arm is notorious for this also.....only it displays stationary jams
