DDR for IR7105?

I have received a iR7105 without memory (sdram)
the code and canon WA7-3617-000 (sold out 10 days)
i cannot wait my doubts
I use a memory
1GB DDR333 PC2700 DDR1 333 MHz and
1GB DDR333 PC3200 DDR1 333 Mhz
or has to be another model that I use
I appreciate the help
