sir am facing the problem copyer not take paper ani tray then make copy not print out of ani size of paper no come ani error coad only red light blink on the panal .plz help me thank yoiu.

Red Light blinking= communication error/ jam -no paper pick up/Error/

Check to see if the fixing temperature is increasing in service mode; COPIER>DISPLAY>ANALOG>FIX-C and FIX-E. If the fixing temperature is not increasing, check the duplex connector, both on the duplex unit as well as the rear of the copier. Assure there is no damage, or paper caught in the connectors

Its gotta say something on the panel. The red light is blinking. What does it say at the bottom of the screen? Does say, Suspended, waiting, printing.

As mention by Teckat ,check the fuser. Is it getting hot.

Is this the same machine with the E15- That you posted in another thread?
