Need Canon System Software

Hey all, I just started working for a Canon copier company as their IT Admin and am trying to get updated System Software for all Canon machines. I would also like to get all of the service manuals, reference guides, etc, on file as well but am having a hard time finding a source for these.

Does anyone know of where I can purchase or download this information? We are always struggling to find Manuals and updated firmware to resolve issues and I would be very grateful to anyone who can help.

I do not mind paying for this information.

Well, i realize i SHOULD have all of this, so that's exactly why i'm inquiring. Basically, we have an extensive library of system software and we're currently running v3.21e of the Canon Service Support Tool. The problem is it is all scattered and incomplete.

The catalyst for all of this is that I need to upgrade a customers 6570 to the latest version and we dont have the latest 5570/6570 software. Our Registered Canon Dealer is charging us up the (__)__) everytime we want an upgrade. They're slow and unreliable and I just want to find a reliable, complete resource.

So, again, if anyone has access to the latest software and pdf manuals, please let me know.
