    Image press c-7000vp service contract

    a very good friend has this machine for about two years. his service contract has gone up every year but he thinking it's very high on the meter clicks. can any one PLEASE give me what they charge on their service contracts. any input as to toner costs and how you bill for the service contract would be great. thanks howard

    What's the meter click cost.

    What's the volume.

    Toner cost is high for a dealer.

    If a client prints alot then there gonna need more toner.

    There's has to be consideration on both ends of this negotiation.

      Also are they set for 1 click for 11x17 or 2 clicks? As this will change service as well.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

        I'm for Double click.

        Customers don't care about toner cost or parts cost.

        I wish I could triple click. LOL

          I have one machine that the customer pissed someone higher than me off and I was told to set the machine (Toshiba) to double click 8 1/2 x 14 and larger.
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

            Service billing varies from place to place. Just contact your nearest authorized Canon Service Dealer...you don't want a "I've never seen one of these before" type of service on that type of machine.
