    Canon iR5000i problem, please help!

    I have a problem with copy as you can see in attachment, please help!

      Check dev cylinder. May have to clean out and dry wipe assembly. Check for jam in drum/ cleaning area. What have you done so far?

          Check the roller spacer, and the ball bearing of the developing cylinder.....
