    C3220 fax

I took a fax off a C3220 to put on another C3220 and now it says it is receiving but doesnt print anything and when you try to send it never goes to dial tone or anything. This is the 2nd fax board I have tried and same thing. I have changed all items out, fax board, board that goes on print board and speaker......any ideas? Is there a setting I need to change?

Thanks, there was actually a Res Switching board in bottom slot already. First time tech installed fax so didn't realize there shouldnt be another board so put 2nd board in other open slot which confused copier.

The correct way to install the res board.
It is installed in the second PCI slot from the bottom.
