    Code E 222 on iR 105+

    I have an iR 105 + with code E 222.
    I changed the heater of the lamp exposure, as reported in the manual, but.....Nothing the machine is faulty....
    Help me !

    Did you cleared the error code on SM?

      THAT E222 does not have to be cleared in service mode !!

        did u check the wiring ?
        what about the Light Adjust Controller Pcb ???

          There is a case in the field that the exposure control PCB ass'y was faulty.


          The reader controller PCB could be faulty. Check the wiring to see if its faulty .


          Try these Following steps below:

          1. Check the connectors J852 and J853 on the exposure control PCB for poor contact.

          2. If there is no abnormality, replace the fluorescent lamp heater (FH7-4559) with a new one.

          3. If the symptom still recurs, replace the exposure control PCB (FG6-1942) and the reader controller PCB (FG6-7405) with a new one in this order.
