Drum motor error.Check on connection of the connector or eplace the
motor

Best guess is the drum blade flipped and locked the drum unit up. Or, the drum motor bad, or the transfer belt assy broke/torn/displaced. Easy check is to install a new drum, or put that drum in a working machine to see if the code follows. I am not a fan of this machine. Good luck.
