Broken print head in Canon IPF710?

I have a Canon IPF710 that printed very good.
Suddenly the cyan ink tank was empty, and i was prompted to replace it or press online to continue. I pressed online to continue
The print was missing cyan, so i aborted and changed cartridge.

Then, did an head cleaning... but it could not recover...
It is possible that the almost-new print head was broken printing 10 seconds with few ink?

(i checked the ink pipe, but no air bubbles are there...)

    Hy Tipka

Dont worry.Your print head is fine.Because the cyan ink was empty and the new one is not come
in the print head yet printer wont work properly.Try to refresh or clean print head then use print head aligment
    end nozzle check.Good luck.
    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself

I left the head two hours in the ultrasonic cleaner, and it was still clogged...
The funniest part is that the warranty expired on oct 24th, 2010
