Canon ir3570 error 744-3030

i have a canon ir3570 with boot room v8.38c . i tryied to uograde the copier to work as a printer i put a boot roon v 8.38n and download a full system by sst but the copier gives me e00744-3030.
where is problem.

Answer may be on the Canon e-support site:

The E744-3030 can be caused by an insufficient amount of RAM installed in the machine. Enter service mode to check the amount of RAM recognized by the machine. COPIER>DISPLAY>ACC-STS>RAM The machine should display 512MB of RAM installed.

When you install "N" Boot rom ,you need another piece of 256 sd ram
