    i need help with the software Ir 6570

    hi all

    i need help with canon ir 6570
    when i turn on the copier i have ERROR 602-0001 , and i found the hard drive it's not working ,

    and i have ir 5000 , MY Question is ? can i take the folders(software ir5000) on the hard drive and put it on new hard drive for 6570

    is this work on ir6570

      No. That will not resolve your problem. You need Service Support Tool, and System Software for the 6570, and a new hard drive, preferably the very same model as what is in the copier now.

      If you do not have these things, I urge you to seek out a certified Canon rep to resolve the issue...

          In a word "NO". You need a new hard drive a reload the system software.
