Have you tried calling Canon?

I would if they new how to repair one of their own machines but they dont, so im looking elsewhere. I do have enough brain cells to work out calling canon in the first instance would be a good idea, if only they new how to fix the heep of shyte

And as for Canon, being "Bad", all i can tell you that most of the people that are trained on canon kit is canon trained
So "if Canon Can't" maybe No one Can

The best way to find a great service person or great service company in the USA is word of mouth, believe me it spreads like wildfire. Crappy tech's and Crappy service on Canon products are not tolerated, I don't know how it works in the UK , but if u can call large corporations or know anyone who works for any , that may help u with your situation.
