Have had this problem on a few machines ir3100 range usually poor dev bias connections on rear of turret, if your lucky just bent and 20min fix, if unlucky snapped and "put the kettle on, i'm gonna be here a while"
if you have small fingers you can just about feel the leaf springs through the cut outs in the rear of the turret and bend them back slightly towards the rear of the machine (don't blame me if YOU snap them off )
if they are snapped or missing then its turret removal time..
good luck.Comment

The drum is almost new. Just 13000 left. I replaced it few monthes ago by myself. Fuser too. The toner coverage is normal for basic office documents, however full of yellow toner's dust I noticed on the other developing assy's and under developing assy's carousel. The error's description says that the problem color is yellow, SNGL parameter is the same or above of number 960. Something above 1014 I saw it in service mode.Last edited by crcb2b; 11-12-2010, 10:24 AM.Comment
