[Misc] Set up Mail boxes

Hi,

Can someone help, we have recently received a photocopier IRC2380. I need some help on setting up mail boxes.
At the moment i have set up mail boxes using the Web interface & set passwords on them.
I go to the users computer & select the printer & select secure print, enter in the user name & passsword, the print goes but does not end up in the mail box??

In the print driver, at the top, are you selecting print to "Store"? That is how the PC knows to place it into the mailbox...
