Canon iRC5185 adjustment drum problems and service manual

Hello,

I have a problem with adjustment drums on my Canon. After finishing test1 I cant proccede to test 2 page. Each time I have a receive message to put pappir into right position and try again. This mashine dont work almost 8 months. On the test different betwen black and yellow is 8mm, and for others colors differents is cca 1mm. Im also need service manual for Canon irc5185 and new system software. I buy this mashine very cheap and I want to make general service. Im living in Croatia and we dont have a good service man. Counter is color: 700000 copies and black: 65000 copies. If you want can me contact on grafito@grafito.hr . Tnx for any help

It sounds like you have an image registration (timing) issue which is a problem with your ITB or lasers. If your image is not on the correct place on the paper then the machine will give you the message you are seeing. I would get a set of service and parts manuals for this machine so you can reference what you are trying to accomplish.

it's your ITB unit/belt- it needs to be cleaned,replaced or repaired.

Put in a service call foe an Experienced Canon trained service person
