          Are the frames of these machines so weak that adjusting the cabinet affects the transfer belt tracking?

            Its not the cabinet, but the level of the machine throwing the belt displacement off.
            Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

              it is a LEVEL Adjustment

              all machines need to be level or u will have issues down the road
