IR C3220 ImagePass C1 PRINT tab gone

Hi, I am now learning the C 3200 & c3220, my first two Canon copiers in my collecting (I have 3 toshiba 4511 yuck)

Print Tab on the c3320 is not longer there after playing in service mode, I must of change wrong setting.

IMP-CONT is set to 3 so I do not know what else to look for. I saw another post about this on a different forum but they never address the answer.

I would first try changing the IMG-CNT to 0 and cycle the power. After that go back in and change it back to a 3

also verify that Verify that UI-EXT or UI-EPRNT is set to '1' in level 2.

I would get yourself a manual before you go playing around in service mode!!!!
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Print P-PRINT from another copier and compare values. Also check in manual.
Something is different with D CON ore M CON.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

I learn by doing and figuring things out on my own. I do have the SM. I found the setting by switching items on and off. But thank you very much for your suggestions.

        Option / Body / CNTR-DSP = 1

          In Level 2
          COPIER>OPTION>USER
CNT-DSP (Used to select whether to display serial number when counter check key is
          pressed.)

          0: Display serial number.
          1: Don’t display serial number.

            Level 1

Settings 0: The external controller icon is displayed on the control panel of
            the copier
            [Factory default/After RAM clear]
(When the color image server is connected.)
1: The control panel of the copier becomes nondisplay mode
(When the control panel-mounted external controller is
            connected.)

Actually on my unit 0= not displayed 1=displayed
