    [Error Code] e 350

I was getting an 732 0001 constantly after adding a fiery during an install.Checked scanner connectors-reseated add memory. The scanner seems to init as well as the inner fin.
Upon service mode finisher not seen-did an mmi clear-nadfa. cleared main controller-now getting e 350 0000 error-not listed in manual. Can anybody steer me in the right direction.

If the main controller is blown, can it be substituted with one from an 5035?
    Thanks in advance!

been down this road already. You main controller #2 is blown. I can't tell you if the 5035 is compatible because I do not know what machine you are installing it in.....sorry

Main Controller Board 2 is common to all 4 units, while the Main Controller Board 1 is machine model specific...

E350 on the iRC5051 series machine.

Try & re-seat the connector on the ECO ID PCB. This PCB is at the center right rear of the back of the copier. In the image below the board with the barcode label is the ECO ID PCB.

Thanks! I was installing an 5045. I'll reseat the ECO pcb first, progress on from there.

Thanks this helped me a lot. I changed the main controller # 2 and then it worked great.
