how do i get total copy count of canon clc4040 .

is it total 1 ?

do i add up several counters ( 112 , 113 ,501 ? )

do i use *28* , copier , option , user and change one of the counters into 102 ?

Yes 102 is total counter.

101 is total counter
102 is total 2 where the long paper counts as two clicks on the meter

yes 101 is total counter;
simply add an additional "101"counter in option/user/counter7.

If you need total counter for click contract you need 102.
