    iR-3380 - iP-J1 is missing.

    Fellows,

This client has an iR-3380; but, in the move they lost the imagePASS-J1.

I want to go back to the regular print kit. Do I need the R-A-Board back in order to print?
Can I print as is just by changing the interface back to '0' ?

machine comes standard with UFR printing so changing the interface to '0' will give you that ability. If they want PCL or PS they will have to purchase those kits 1461B001AA and 1462B002AA. The PS requires the 512 MB RAM expansion as well.

      Thanks for your reply, charm5496.

Now, what about the R-A board? does it have to be installed back? Or, will it work as is?

Remember, it was replaced with I/F-Bd when the iP-J1 was originally installed.

you are correct. There should have been a board that was removed to install the I/F board. I would try switching to 0 and see what happens with the I/F board still in there.

I think u need that R-A board put back in
          / If u remove J1 INTERFACE PCB.

          R-A BOARD
color space conversion, rotation for electronic sorting, binary
          processing, resolution conversion

The image data (RGB data) collected by the CCD is processed by the main controller PCB (sub SJ-A, sub R-A,
          sub PDRM-PE-A).
