replaced hdd with new software on this one but the documents scanned to the mailbox only keeps the info for a few days and then disappears. the info scanned to mailbox before the new hdd used to keep the info until customer deleted it. is there a setting that needs to be on or off. thanks t

you need to go into additional functions and mailbox settings. Choose user inbox settings and click on the mailboxes that the customer is using. You can then set the time that the information is held. Default is usually 3 days.
