Hello everyone
I got an error that has not been described in SM
When I turn on the copier with the door closed error appears
when I turn on the copier with an open front door, copy it to, without fail, and when I close the door after everything is okay and I do work with copy

Check the values in COPIER > DENS and DPOT
Check the Y-developer, replace the Y starter.

All readings in the dens are in normal limits

I'll try replaces y starter but I think the problem is not him.

Any other E-020 errors logged? Your density readings are horrible,especially Cyan...probably some e020--A8 or A9 logged.Re start the devs,make sure that it has the newer cyan dev housing in it. Initialize the devs one color at a time..it takes longer but get better results. I have lots of experience on these machines...DENS should come in at under 1% variance. Always run 10 full color after doing anything on these machines then check readings . Machine will do ATR after 7 or 8
