Try to turn off copier and move trays up and down with your hands.Use screwdriver to release tray.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

you need to take it out of limited functions mode and cycle the power. Did you get an error code at any point in time?
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Only first time when Im asked to shutdown and accept limited function but I dont write code. In service mode I found only error code for jamming paper, but now paper passing from finisher directly to tray B without problems. Before tray's go up and down 1cm each time when Im printing. At the moment tray stay on same position and I heard small click each time when I powered mashine. How to take it out from limited functions mode?

Additional Functions,Common settings i believe.Set to off then reboot machine. Keep the waste or recycle bins away from under the finisher tray

              Finisher-W1 / Saddle-Finisher-W2 / imageRUNNER-C5180 / C4580 / C4080

At power on, tray 1 of the Finisher-W1 or Saddle-Finisher-W2 can not find home position.

The home position of tray 1 is detected by tray 1 paper surface sensor (PI114) and home position of tray 2 is detected by tray 2 paper surface sensor (PI115).

When the paper surface sensor flag binds on the shaft then sensor PI114 can not detect tray 1 home position. Release the flag and check the position of the PI114 to remedy the tray 1 home position detection.
