    [Error Code] E0005-0000

    Can't clear this code. Have replaced web and set both counters to zero, also set the error clear. Can any one help me with this trouble code.

              Are you sure you are not mistaking the web code for the finisher communication code. If so power the finisher and copier in correct sequence.

                  Thank You so much for the tip.
                  I have already returned to the machine and confirmed that it indeed was a E0500 error and reset it. The interesting thing is that there was a E0005 error as well because the web was out. So i guess I got lost in all the 5's and 0's. So once again Thank-You for the response to my error.
