    Mainstay products

Ive signed an offer letter with Canon. Things have changed a bit since my clc 1000 days.

Just wondered if someone knows current main model #'s in segments 4-6 (41-91 cpm) in color and b/w. Or whatever Fedex bought.

Ive got a few weeks, thought Id look into a few models before coming on board.

Any help is appreciated. Great group you have here.

Yes, Fedex. Theres alot of generic Canon stuff that I relate to judging by the posts here and other familiarities like Fierys (color Pass), command workstation that are industry standards. 2 yrs ago I was thrown into the Ricoh product line. Lots to learn thats for sure and little like drinkin water out of a fire hose. Need to ramp up pretty fast. 27 yrs in the biz. Do you know of any Canon reference materials that logged calls into a spreadsheet made into the tech support center or any such material. Like a one stop shop for product line error codes etc etc.....?
Can you group of few m/c's together that have same engines? Like are the C5035/5045/5051 the same basically? Any others?

          Outstanding - thanks!
