Good evening. I have a iR C4580i with a Finisher W-1 that generates a E584-8601. Does anyone know where I can purchase/download the service manual? I have the parts manual. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

Error in Shutter HP
- Check the connector of the shutter HP sensor.
- Check the connector of the shutter open/closed
clutch.
- Check the connector of the stack edging lower
roller clutch.
- Check the connector of the stack edging motor.
- Replace the shutter HP sensor.
- Replace the shutter open/closed clutch.
- Replace the stack edging lower roller clutch.
- Replace the stack edging motor.
-Replace the finisher controller PCB.

E584-Shutter malfunction
Shutter home position sensor (PI113)
1) Check the shutter home position sensor. Does the
sensor operate normally?
NO : Replace the sensor.
Wiring
2) Is the wiring between the finisher controller PCB
and stack ejection motor, and between the finisher
controller PCB and shutter clutch normal?
NO : Repair the wiring.
Shutter mechanism
3) Is there any abnormality in the shutter
mechanism?
YES : Repair the shutter mechanism.
Stack ejection motor (M102)/Shutter clutch
(CL101)/Stack ejection lower roller clutch
(CL102)/Finisher controller PCB
4) Does it improve when the stack ejection motor,
the shutter clutch and the stack ejection lower clutch are replaced?
YES : End
NO : Replace the finisher controller PCB.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
