paper feeding from cassette stopping at registration sensor just before drum. we have no documentation for this box. any helpwould be appreciated. tia rb

It could be a few things. Most common is probably a bad exposure lamp. Even though it might light, it still could be bad. Check the ends of the lamp, if one or both are blackened it is bad. Take it out the back, one screw for the endcap and it slides out.

Or it could be the black guide on the registration roller is in the wrong position, if memory serves me right I believe it should be on the right side of the reg roller.

are any simulations to check lamp? tried to make a "sky" shot lamp just flickered. no image on the drum. paper stopped same place
