Hello I have a customer who went out and bought a Canon ImageClass D340 from somewhere. They have had it about 18 months and have totally ran the crap out of it. It has 67K on it. Its now printing slow and giving the check printer light. Not jamming, Basicly you walk up, it says check printer randomly. So they open the right door pull the cartridge out and put it back. Light goes out...and out comes a blank sheet of paper. then they try to make another copy and that comes out fine but prints slow. ANy ideas? If it were me, Id tell em to throw it in the trash and get a real copier meant for their needs but I thought I would ask you guys.
