hello, after ive been installed my INNER FINISHER B-1 to the image runner machine ir2545 and testing machine over then 20 minutes the tray stop moving but the machine still see that there are a finisher installed and i guess that ive done clear all and after this step the finisher tray stop moving plz reply if its an electrical problem or a softwar need to be installed 10x
