All of a sudden our Canon iR3245 has started scanning multiple page documents into multiple PDF when before it would scan multiple page documents into one PDF for the same amount of pages on the original, about 30. This just started happening for no reason. We have this machine on the company network and use it to scan to us via email. Our IT department claims no changes on the server side. Does anyone have an idea on what might be goign on here?

In the send settings set multiple PDF page to off.If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words -
could be a file size restriction at the copier level as well
additional functions>system settings>communication settings>email-i-fax settings. Defalt file size limit is 3 turn it a 0 to turn that off and hit OK.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment

I did correct the issue. It seems somone increased the resolution that was creating file sizes greater then the 3 meg default so I set it back to a normal 200 x 200 resolution and increased the file size to 10 meg. But I will be darned if I can find anywhere in the web portal or on the machine where I can set the multiple PDF page to off which would be my prefered changes here.Comment

That was the problem, to high a resolution and to low a file size. Thanks charm5496!Comment
