[Error Code] IRC 2620 E000110 - 0110 problem anyone how to fix?

    Good Day,
I am having a problem with our IRC2620 printer. It always provide me an error E000110-0110 even before the printer finish to initialize. I've notice that there is a yellow line mark all over the ITB belt. Please maybe someone from here can help and give me a quick fix for this problem. Thanks

First I would check the Fuse Pcb-fuses

These Fuses must be check for exact correct voltage/ and not only for continuity

    3200 DC FUSE checks_Product.pdf

    Machine had constant E110 0110 .
Checked if Dc fuse pcb is bad /the 5v output on the fuse board was 2.2v instead of 5v (possible bad relay on board). To check this, measure the voltage on the Dc fuse board connector J71 pin 5 (brown wire) or Dc Controller connector J106 pin 1. If the voltage is below 5v suspect a bad Dc fuse pcb

Remove ITB UNIT check to make sure your Yellow Primary roller in side ITB has not popped out of place on either end of plastic holders
Next Remove Yellow Drum & inspect surface/

E110-0x10 can be displayed when the rotational failure of the laser scanner motor has been detected.

    1. Swap the affected laser unit with others.
    2. Check whether or not the sub code of E110 will be changed.
    - If the sub code is changed, the laser unit is faulty. So, replace it with a new one.
    - If the sub code is not changed, it is possible that the DC controller PCB is faulty. So, replace it with a new one. In the field, replacement of the DC controller PCB solved the problem.

There's really no quick fix. Yellow is the firstcolor laid down when the machine lays down patches upon its initial rotation. Replace the laser. You can and should check those fuses.
But over all, its gonna be the Y laser.

Thanks teckat and SCREWTAPE i for your help. When i swap the laser unit of yellow to black the error was changed from E110-0110 to E110-0110. So more or less it is a problem with the laser unit. Can you help me to find what is the part number of the laser unit in order fro me to order it. Thanks again

Umm.. It'd should've change to E110-0410 if the laser was bad. The black laser should've worked in place of yellow. If the yellow laser was bad black would've error out. There might be other factors. Check fuses.

My bad, its E110-0110 to E110-0410. One more question, Is there any problem if those four laser unit will be swap on each others position? or it doesn't matter at all?

I've swapped them before with the problem. But keep in mind if the laser gets replaced, there are some values that have to be change for that particular laser in service mode. The values are locted on the laser.
